The TurfCare TCA1402 reliably maintains any kind of infilled and non-filled artificial turf systems. The wheel drive makes the equipment independent from any hydraulic or power shaft drives. Therefore, the TurfCare can be pulled by various vehicles such as small compact tractors or quads.
The working depth of the rotating brush can be conveniently adjusted and locked via two adjustment spindles with an integrated height indicator and side-mounted spirit levels.
The vibrating screen can be precisely adjusted with variable settings from 4 - 10 mm depending on the degree of pollution and the grid size of the infilling material. The screening trays can also be removed particularly easily.
For surface cleaning, the TCA1402 is equipped with a suction system that effectively removes dirt and dust. The integrated dust filter complies with DIN EN 60335-2-69 / dust class “M” as well as EN 779 “F8”/“F9” and captures even the finest dust and microplastic particles.
For the pass of narrow doorways two transport wheels can be folded out and the drawbar raised. As standard, the TurfCare is equipped with an integrated three-point hitch, which can be changed tool-free between three-point and drawbar operation.
A particularly robust front chassis provides stability and smooth operation, while a mechanism for disengaging the vibrating function offers greater flexibility, e.g. when used on non-filled artificial turf. For additional convenience, a practical tool compartment for gloves and tool-free service hatches are integrated, enabling quick access for maintenance work.
