Our most powerful mixing machine for 1-component binder and rubber granulate and gravel is equipped with 2 material containers with each 2,500 l capacity. The containers can be loaded with rubber granulate and gravel either with a Big Bag or a shovel loader. A integrated hydraulic lift allows a easy transport and handling on jobsite.
For all pumps and electric motors for the dosing of the components, mixing ratios can be precisely adjusted and consumption levels can be evaluated on the regular basis.
The machine is operated by 1 central switch box. The maximum mixing capacity of the MixMatic M6008 is 600 kg/min. The levels of the components are monitored by sensors and signals.
